Practice Information

Insurance and Fees

Dr. Hale is an out of network provider and does not accept or submit claims for any insurances.  At the conclusion of services, she will provide you with a bill of service to facilitate possible reimbursement.  Dr. Hale cannot guarantee that your insurance company will reimburse you for any of the services she provides. 

Dr. Hale charges a flat rate for evaluations, with an initial deposit due at the first session and the balance due at the final feedback session.  Consultations are billed hourly.  Please contact Dr. Hale for more information about the costs of care. 

Scheduling and Timelines

Dr. Hale’s evaluations typically consist of 3-4 appointments.  The last appointment is a feedback session during which Dr. Hale discusses findings and recommendations.  Within approximately two weeks of a feedback session, Dr. Hale completes a written evaluation report.   

Consultation with Dr. Hale may include anywhere from one to several appointments, depending on the scope of concerns and questions being addressed.

Availability During the 2024-2025 School Year

Dr. Hale has a waitlist for evaluations that is several months long. Please note that all parent interview and evaluation feedback sessions are occurring only over telehealth.

Dr. Hale’s consultation practice has openings only for telehealth visits. In most cases, she is able to schedule consultation services within a few weeks.
